Thigh Lift

Thigh lift, that is, the upper leg area, is a part of body aesthetics. The two main factors that impair the aesthetic appearance in these regions are the lubrication in the thigh and the sagging of the thigh. Due to weight changes, pregnancy or aging, the skin on the inner part of the thigh loosens and sags by time, and sometimes the upper leg can be thick without sagging. Laser liposuction is the first option for lubrication alone without sagging on the thigh. If sagging in the inner thigh is prominent, laser liposuction and thigh lift surgery will be performed simultaneously.

Thigh Lift Surgery

Thigh lift surgery is the removal of sagging excess skin and adipose tissue in the upper and inner thighs. Excess skin and subcutaneous adipose tissue will be removed through an incision extended from the groin area to the inner thigh. The skin on the lower part will be stretched up and sewn to the groin area. Since the surgical scar is hidden in the fold in the groin-thigh part, it becomes vaguely in the form of a line by time. Stretching the thigh by leaving only a transverse incision may not give sufficient results, especially in patients with excessive weight loss. The skin on the inside of the thigh also needs to be stretched to the neck. Therefore, it is necessary to perform thigh lift surgery with a 'T' incision in this selected group of patients. Thigh lift surgery will be performed under general anesthesia in a hospital. The duration of the operation will take 2 hours. One day in the hospital will be enough.

Thigh lift surgery can often be combined with laser liposuction surgery. In particular, fat accumulations in other parts of the thigh will be reduced, which makes a smoother leg appearance as a results. If there is moderate lubrication and slight loosening in the thigh, then laser liposuction alone is sufficient.
