Vaser (ultrasonographic liposuction)
The Vaser device produces a fat-specific ultrasonographic wavelength. It separates the fat cells that look like grape bunches from each other. It does not harm the fat cells themselves. It only separates the fat cells from the surrounding tissues. The oils are mixed into the previously given tumescent solution and aspirated with the help of small cannulas. The liquid taken is in the form of milk. The suction process is no longer to break up the fat, but only to absorb the fat, and the diameter of the cannulas is smaller and less traumatic. Imagine breaking stones with ultrasound in your mind, this technique was inspired from there. Since the wavelength is specific to the oil, it does not damage the nerve and vascular structures. There is less bruising and edema after the surgery. The healing process is much faster.
In classical liposuction, the operation is performed on the deep fat tissue. When it is applied superficially, problems such as fluctuations, collapses and wounds on the skin, and hard areas will begin to appear. For this reason, in a well-made classical liposuction, a thickness of at least one cm is left from the skin and liposuction is performed to the area under it so that there is no collapse. The result is a smooth appearance. Vaser liposuction can also be performed on superficial adipose tissue. Thanks to this process, the body can be shaped with sharper lines. Waist groove, muscle highlights, six packs appearance on the abdomen, and a muscular appearance on the arms can be given. In superficial liposuction, the skin contracts due to heating under the skin, the skin recovers and stretches.
